Our stocks are supplemented by over 90 old and discontinued bathroom colours, which are available on a range of popular designs. Many of these are refired in our own kiln.

Items are cleaned and over sprayed with the appropriate glaze, then placed on a kiln truck and loaded into our tunnel kiln to be refired.

The firing cycle is approx 30 hours reaching a maximum 1200 degrees centigrade. This process is much the same as when originally fired. Once cooled, the basins, toilets and other pieces are unloaded checked and despatched to our London warehouse.
